These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of infinity360crm.com (the “Website”) and to the services provided by Infinity 360 CRM (“we,” “us” or “our”), including website design and development, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing and systems, branding and design, and GoHighLevel CRM setup and management (the “Services”). By using the Website or purchasing Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotes and agreements

Prices shown on the Website are starting prices. Your final price is confirmed in a written quote or proposal before work begins. If a signed proposal or service agreement includes terms that differ from these Terms, the proposal or agreement applies.

2. Member discounts

Eligible IBPO members receive 25% off our posted prices when they provide a valid member code before work begins. We may verify eligibility. Unless stated otherwise in writing, the discount cannot be combined with other offers and does not apply to third-party costs.

3. Payments

• Website and other one-time projects: 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining 50% before the project goes live, unless your proposal states a different schedule.
• Monthly services: billed in advance at the start of each service month and renewed automatically until cancelled.
• Setup fees: paid in full before setup begins.
• Invoices are due on receipt unless stated otherwise. We may pause Services on overdue accounts until payment is received.

4. Third-party costs

Our fees do not include third-party costs unless stated in your proposal. These may include domain names, hosting, premium plugins or software, stock assets, email platform subscriptions, and your GoHighLevel subscription and messaging (text and email) fees. These are billed separately by the provider or passed through at cost.

5. Your responsibilities

To keep your project on schedule, you agree to provide accurate information, content, logins and feedback on time, and to confirm that you own or have permission to use any materials you give us. Delays in receiving content or approvals may extend project timelines.

6. Revisions and timelines

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in your plan or proposal. Additional revisions or changes in scope may be quoted separately. Timelines are estimates and depend on prompt feedback and content.

7. Cancellations and refunds

• Monthly services are month to month unless your proposal states a minimum term. You may cancel with 30 days’ written notice; services continue until the end of the paid period.
• Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.
• If a project is cancelled part-way through, you pay for the work completed up to that date.

8. Ownership of work

Once your invoices are paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as your website design, logo and content. We keep ownership of our own tools, code libraries, templates, processes and know-how. Unless you ask us not to, we may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing.

9. No guaranteed results

We work hard to grow your business, but results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine and social media algorithms, competition and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, followers, leads or sales.

10. Third-party platforms

Many Services rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, GoHighLevel, hosting providers and email services. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, pricing changes or account decisions, although we will help you respond to them.

11. Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information confidential and only use it to provide the Services. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, sending spam through our forms, or copying our content or design without permission. Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for those Services in the three months before the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from materials you provide, your use of the Services in violation of law, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict of law rules.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. Changes do not affect signed agreements already in place.
